These terms explain the rules to create an account and use the site and server Dark Eden Wild Battles. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. The rights that Brazilian legislation assures the user and the consumer continue to be valid.

1. Account and security

Provide correct data and keep access to the account secure. You are responsible for actions taken with your account; notify the administration if you suspect undue access. Do not share your password. The code requested to delete characters must be invented by you, stored in a secure location and cannot be CPF, document or other personal information.

2. Rules of coexistence and gambling

Do not use cheats, bots, exploits, unauthorized automation, failures to gain advantage, nor try to access accounts, systems, or other people's data. Do not threaten, harass, discriminate, engage in fraud, or deliberately disrupt the experience of others. Do not attempt to compromise the security or stability of the website or server.

3. Moderation and availability

The administration can investigate violations and apply warning, suspension or closure of account according to severity, evidence and recurrence. When possible, it will inform the reason and allow contestation by the official support channel. The server may undergo maintenance, update or interruption; the administration will report relevant changes when possible.

4. Characters, items and Wild Coins

Characters, items and balances are usage records within the server, linked to the account and subject to the rules of the game. Wild Coins can not be drawn or transferred to cash. The packages shown on the reload page indicate the amount of Wild Coins planned for each package in proportion 1:1. Purchase should only be considered confirmed after payment verification. Redirection to the store or presentation of a proof itself does not confirm the credit.

The reload page informs when the integration and credit are enabled. As long as it indicates that the automatic credit is not connected, do not make payment waiting for the balance to be added automatically. Payment-related requests must be forwarded to the administration with the order number and the voucher, without sharing complete card data or bank password. Law-enabled cancellation and refund rights are not limited by this text.

5. Personal data

The website uses the data provided in the account — identifier, e-mail, sex option and security code for character deletion — and technical records required for authentication, security, support and operation of the game. In purchases, order data and transaction can be processed to confirm payment and credit balance. The necessary data can be processed by hosting and payment providers to provide these services. Requests regarding your data can be made to the administration by the official channels of the server, according to data protection legislation.

6. Amendments and legislation

These terms can be updated to reflect changes on the server, website or applicable rules. The current version will be available on this page. Brazilian laws apply, including data protection and consumer protection standards.
